PEUtils

PeUtils consists of a couple of programs allowing easier examination and modification of PE format executable files from the command line:

PeSplit takes a PE file, and breaks it up into a set of binary files and a text file. This describes the PE header in a more human readable form.
PeJoin takes the (possibly modified) text and binary files above and joins them back into a PE file.

This is quite old code of mine, so it isn't as good or as commented as I would prefer. However, I still think the utilities themselves are useful.

The utilities used to be released under a different (although open-source) license, but I have decided to re-release them under a BSD-style license. Also, Sourceforge is very much more convient for developing opensource projects (thanks guys!).
